   Cintas does pay well in one case you take been in your territory after 6 months or so. I made well over $100k my outset year and looking at $125k my second. Nonetheless, my success was based off me working myself around 55 to 60 hours a week with a only one vacation in two years. The product offer is really strong in the Get-go Aid services and number of suppliers they can pull from. My service team and co workers were cracking people. The director and VP of the Kickoff Aid partition were incredible too. This job is a stepping stone for much better opportunities.

   Cons

   The culture at Cintas was very robotic. It was very odd specially for the manufacture and customer base. We were forced to wear a arrange and necktie for everything. Wearing dress like that at lumber mills and manufacturing facilities was just weird. I would clothes the "right" style for the office days and then change dress earlier facing customers. We couldn't take beards which wasn't told to me until after I had been at that place a few weeks. The benefits were really terrible and designed to make you feel stuck. 401K program was a joke and I was lied to almost it. I was told is was a 20% lucifer which is unheard of it. I question it simply was told that's correct. Completely false. It's 20% of the total you put in. And then you have to put in ten% and they lucifer 20% of your 10%. There's no match for over 1 1/2 and so information technology's pennies compared to basically any other major company. The vesting menstruum is 5 years then the friction match doesn't matter annihilation. The on boarding is the worse I've ever experienced in 15 years of sales and management. You don't even go to "training/RBS" until later on 6 months or so. Cintas doesn't fifty-fifty invest in their people until they have already passed the trial by burn down due to very loftier turnover of salespeople.
